- Order Confirmation: No refunds or cancellations are allowed once the order is confirmed.
- Refund Processing Time: In the rare event of a refund (due to order errors or product unavailability), the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account within the same period.
